Service description

Colorendo is an AI-powered platform that generates and provides:

• Custom coloring pages generated from text prompts using AI technology
• High-quality, printable line art suitable for coloring
• Chat-based interface for organizing and managing generations
• Gallery view of all your created coloring pages
• Download and print functionality

Trial and credits

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 10 free trial credits
• Each coloring page generation consumes one credit
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period

Subscription plans

We offer the following subscription options:

• Monthly Plan: 100 coloring page generations per month
• Annual Plan: 1500 coloring page generations per year
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Credits are replenished at the start of each billing period
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period

User accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

AI-generated content

Regarding AI-generated coloring pages:

• Our AI technology creates unique coloring pages from your prompts
• Each page is optimized for clear, printable line art
• Generated content may vary in quality and detail level
• Content is automatically moderated for appropriateness
• We reserve the right to reject inappropriate prompts
• Generation time may vary based on system load

Intellectual property rights

Regarding intellectual property:

• You retain rights to your original content and prompts
• AI-generated coloring pages are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not use the generated content for any commercial purposes
• You may not claim AI-generated content as your original artwork
• Our platform, brand, and technology remain our exclusive property

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Generate or share inappropriate or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Manipulate or disrupt our services
• Engage in unauthorized commercial activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Subscription and payments

Regarding subscriptions and payments:

• Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan
• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• We may modify pricing with reasonable notice

Content moderation

We maintain the right to:

• Monitor and moderate all generated content
• Remove content that violates our terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect damages
• Our liability is limited to subscription fees paid
• We do not guarantee continuous service availability
• We are not responsible for user-generated content

Termination

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Colorendo is a company registered in Belgium. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring legal proceedings in your country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

As a Belgian company operating within the European Union, we comply with all applicable EU regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Digital Services Act (DSA), and EU consumer protection laws.

• We provide a free trial with 10 credits to evaluate our service before purchasing
• Subscription cancellations will stop future billing but will not result in refunds
• You can continue using any remaining credits until the end of your billing period
